I am senthil and working on sybaseASE and IQ for quite a number of years. I have explored almost all the necessary system tables and have developed many SybaseASE and SybaseIQ scripts (both on SQL and UNIX side) which would be really useful to everyone during migration or day-day activities. Having said that, I am in the process of enhancing those scripts. I am very much keen to share the scripts in this forum. After all, we are not going to take anything with us at the end of our life. So, Let's Share knowledge. --Sybasesen |

RE: Hi All
Hi Senthil, I like your approach to life :-) Sybase had created a site for sharing of such scripts and documents a few years back. It is called CodeXchange and you can also submit your scripts there for a wider community to use. RE: Hi All
I'm Jeff and I just completed a IQ upgrade and have been tuning queries and I'm stuck finding a step by step process for configuring SCC (Sybase Control Center) I'm at wits end finding any concise documentation regarding SCC. I have the server registered and Sybase infocenter is a infinite loop of disinformation as it continuously says," Please See the Complete..Blah Blah Balh" and when you click on the link, half way through it says, "For more info, Please see chapter 16-18-100.." Just a mess. Am I missing something? If you have any info (step process) for SCC, I would greatly appreciate it. Sorry to whine but I'm totally frustrated! ![]() sybase46@gmail.com |
