Is anybody is having an idea about How to get the max tempdb usage and max log file usage for user database till date.

I am afraid that we cannot get the historical tempdb/log usage unless you save the data in some user database for monitoring purposes.

If you don't collect and save the data , you can get the current tempdb/log usage only.
Let us know if you need any scripts to find out the current tempdb usage and log usage.

No.MDA gives only the active usage not the historic usage.
As i said earlier it is not possible without having the required data (can be MDA data also) collected and saved to see the max tempdb usage ever.

btw,why do you need past tempdb usage details?
